Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or any signs of use.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, AKASH STYLE will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the return eligibility criteria.
